Sumline — Support
Sumline is a notepad that does the arithmetic as you type. If something is not working, this page is the whole support channel: there is no account system and no ticketing, because there is no server.

Email gapfound.apps@gmail.com. Please say which iPhone and which version of iOS, and paste the line you typed along with the answer you expected. Sumline is about reading what people write, so the exact characters matter — a line that fails is usually reproducible from the text alone.
Common questions
Why has my line stopped showing an answer?
Free notes compute their first 30 lines. Unlocking removes the limit in every note. Nothing you have already written is lost or altered.
Why did 3 x 4 give 12 and 3x4 give an area?
Spacing is the signal. Typed tight, 280x360x15 reads as a set of
dimensions and takes the unit set in Settings › Dimensions. Written with spaces,
280 x 360 x 15 stays ordinary arithmetic. It is the only honest clue as to
which one you meant.
How do I total a column?
Write the figures down the page and put total underneath, on its own line.
average and count work the same way. A label such as
total: works too.
How do I change a number and see everything update?
Press and hold any answer in the margin, then drag left or right. Every line below that depends on it recalculates as you move.
Are the exchange rates live?
Only when you ask. A rate table ships inside the app, so currency conversion works with no connection at all, and Sumline states plainly how old its rates are. Settings › Refresh rates now fetches current ones. That is the only thing the app ever fetches.
I paid on another device.
Settings › Restore purchase. It uses the Apple ID signed in on the phone. The unlock is a single payment, not a subscription.
Where are my notes kept?
On your device only, encrypted with a key held in the system keystore. They are never uploaded, because there is nowhere to upload them to. Deleting the app deletes them and the key together, and neither can be recovered.
Which iPhones does it run on?
iPhone 8 and newer, on iOS 16.4 or later.
